PNC Park | Pittsburgh Pirates
Based on an influx of fan inquiries and survey feedback we saw a need to add healthy options to the ballpark menu. Building on current market trends we introduced a new menu featuring fresh and local foods that also incorporated a wide range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. To position the stand for success we incorporated a fresh look and feel, additional wayfinding and signage and promoted the stand within the venue. Readily available nutritional information and a certified restaurant chef to prepare each item guarantees a better for you experience.
Rogers Centre | Blue Jays
Working directly with the Jays leadership team we combined fan feedback, business insight and market research and leveraged our combined fan segmentation data to design a new and exciting Marché concept to replace the existing concessions layout. The market solution was accurately reflective of Toronto’s diverse culture and culinary landscape. By immersing ourselves and our team in Toronto and experiencing the city in turns as locals and tourists we were able to craft an inventive solution unique to the Blue Jays and designed specifically for their fans. Additionally, we demonstrated the impact and importance of using insights to drive decisions.
University of Tenneessee | Volunteers
Our transition as the new food and beverage partner of the University of Tennessee was nothing short of transformational. Our team did everything they could to create a new and engaging fan experience from revamping old stands to building new ones; upgrading wayfinding to updating menu boards; adding new concepts to revamping the menu. All these changes added up to a completely new fan experience at the stadium. The new concepts included locally focused and authentic menus, brighter and easier to read signage and wayfinding and a more sustainable approach to production, menu items and packaging.
Reliant Stadium | Houston Texans
After converting a number of retail locations on the upper concourse last season and seeing impact the Reliant team made similar adjustments to the four retail locations on the Main Concourse; changed belly-up stands to mini walk in stores where fans can touch and examine a broader selection of merchandise.
PNC Bank Park | Pittsburgh Pirates
In response to fan comments about the speed of service, the PNC team conducted research into industry average service times and created a validation process for standard wait times at concession stands. The PNC team created an industry benchmark for a standard concessions transaction, setting the expectation with concessions staff, ballpark staff, and fans. By creating additional points of sale PNC Bank Park increased overall service times and improved overall operational efficiency.
